We love our flower farmers here in Asheville! Loretta was kind enough to take some time to speak with me about her business and how she got started.

1. Keep flowers cold! Once they are cut - it's time to get them in the fridge and give em some flower food.
2. Sometimes we need to take a break - burnout is real in this industry given the intensity of the work (weddings are mostly on Saturdays between April and November here in WNC)
3. They host a u-pick farm, which I love! Hopefully I can make it up there this year to pick some flowers.
